The telling of the story of the Battle of Kings Mountain by the Overmountain Victory Trail Association members marching to commemorate the 240th anniversary of the battle. They presented the story at Riverside Park in Spruce Pine, North Carolina, near the location where the Overmountain Men camped on September 28, 1780 before descending the Blue Ridge to Quaker Meadows, near Morganton, North Carolina.
